3. Once we have locked your interest rate we will schedule and appraisal and prepare your loan for approval.

4. Throughout the approval process you will work closely with your financial specialist to gather and additional information requested.

5. Once your loan is fully aproved we will schedule a signing with you and a notary anywhere that is convenient for you. At this time you will sign your new loan paperwork.
